You can get help with those to-do list tasks for less than you think. Our labor rates are between $9 and $11 for anything from planting trees to painting walls to moving, and you can hire a worker today. More then 100 people sign for work in each morning during our high season, and most get jobs. During winter months, while the number of workers remain the same, the number of jobs decrease significantly. Your work order is more than a piece of paper — it's a foothold back into society. All our registered workers have passed federal background checks and can legally work in the U.S.
There are two ways to hire a worker:
1. Direct hire
Most people choose this option. We are a free work referral service. After you call, we'll send someone to complete the jobs using public transportation. You pay the worker directly at the end of the day. We charge no fees and take nothing from the worker's wage. Learn more
2. Agency option
Small businesses can use us as a temp agency to hire workers. We take care of the paperwork and cover L&I, Social Security, and unemployment insurance. EMPLOYERS - PLEASE READ
The Millionair Club JOBS Program is a work referral service. Accordingly, we do not act as the employer for the worker.
The goal of this program is to match registered workers with employment opportunities. The Club is a not-for-profit entity and accordingly, it charges NO FEES for providing this service.
Although we have indicated a suggested rate of pay and requested a 4-hour job minimum, TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT ARE TO BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN YOU, THE EMPLOYER, AND THE WORKER. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, any responsibilities you may have for applicable employment taxes and liability insurance.
By permitting the worker(s) that is sent to you to engage in employment services, you acknowledge and agree that the Millionair Club assumes no liability for any harm or damage caused or contributed to by said worker(s). You agree to release, and hold harmless, the Millionair Club from any and all harm, damage, injury, or any other claim arising from your employment of the worker(s). This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims you might have or any claims brought against you by a third party as a result of the worker(s) employment or other conduct.
Please notify our office promptly if you have any questions or concerns. While we do not guarantee the competence or abilities of the workers, service satisfaction is very important to us.

It takes resources to prepare our day laborers for work. At our facility people can shower, eat a hot meal, and receive bus fare to reach job sites. Your donation helps us continue these services.
Volunteers are always welcome to help serve meals or organize fundraising events.
