Get involved. Make a difference.
The Millionair Club Charity 7th Annual Golf Tournament on July 29, 2010 at the Golf Club
at Redmond Ridge was a success! The tournament participants enjoyed a great turnout on a
beautiful course. Attendees had lunch, socialized, and practiced before hitting the links
for a competitive tournament. Though the weather started out a little daunting, the sun
came out right on time for tee time, and off went our golfers! Photos of tournament play
coming soon.
Five fun hours later, 120+ players, volunteers, and staff dined on BBQ chicken and ribs,
mashed potatoes, salad, and steamed vegetables while entertained by local comedian/radio
and television personality Pat Cashman. Pat enthusiastically awarded prizes to our
winning teams and delivered a heartfelt word of appreciation for the work of the
Millionair Club. The evening wounded down with an exciting raffle as a send-off for our
tired but happy golfers.
The goal of the annual golf event is to raise awareness and funds to support the key
programs of the Millionair Club Charity. The Millionair Club changes thousands of lives
every year by providing jobs, hot meals, eye care, showers, shelter, and other essential
support services to individuals in Seattle and King County.
Thank you to our sponsors that made this tournament possible:
