We pay workers on a weekly basis, and we send you an invoice separately one to two weeks after the date of the job. There is never a fee to permanently hire our workers!

Hiring a worker helps rebuild lives.  Temporary Staffing Solutions is a unique social enterprise operated by Millionair Club charity (MCC). MCC has specialized in helping people who are experiencing homelessness or have barriers to employment to rebuild their lives through work since 1921. Any profit from the billing rate is invested back into the supportive employment program. Vital support services that help people become job ready include meals, showers, laundry service, work clothes, lockers, work boots, gloves, bus fare, free eye glasses, housing assistance and job training and licensing.
