Temporary Staffing Solutions

Millionair Club Charity's Temporary Staffing Solutions is a unique social enterprise.  This supportive employment program specializes in rebuilding the dignity and job skills of men and women experiencing homelessness or barriers to employment.  While its prime business activity is to match eager qualified workers with jobs at businesses, properties, homes and apartments throughout the greater Seattle area, a small portion of every employment fee goes back into the program to support the mission.

It's easy to hire a worker:

All workers are background-checked and have legal permission to work in the United States.  Areas of expertise include food service, event staffing, dishwashing, yardwork, moving assistance, housekeeping, janitorial work, warehouse work, trenching, carpentry, painting, construction, demolition, drywall, hauling debris and more. Temporary and permanent workers are available -- and there is never a fee for permanent hires.  In addition, our workers receive safety training and we do our due diligence to ensure job sites fit the standards established by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

After the job is done, the Millionair Club Charity pays the worker, and sends you an invoice. You do not pay the worker directly on the day of the job. 

There are great benefits through this invoice payment system. Formal pay periods mean that workers are paying taxes, and have verifiable income, which they can use to apply for housing and other programs that allow them to make positive changes in their living situations. The invoice payment system also allows Millionair Club Charity to include L&I insurance in the billing rates, providing protection for both customers and workers.
