Hire a Worker, Rebuild a Life

Eager, qualified workers are standing by to help you with: yard work, moving assistance, housekeeping, trenching, carpentry, painting, construction, demolition, drywall, hauling debris and more!

All workers have passed national and local criminal background checks and have legal permission to work in the United States.  Workers also complete customer service and safety training.

It's easy to hire a worker:

We pays the worker and send you an invoice. Millionair Club Charity takes care of taxes, unemployment insurance, and Labor and Industry tax. Our workers receive a starting wage of $14 per hour.  Over 1,1000 residential and commercial employers throughout the greater Puget Sound region hired Millionair Club Charity workers during the past year.

Hiring a worker gives back to the community: Temporary Staffing Solutions is a unique social enterprise run by Millionair Club Charity (MCC). Since 1921 MCC has specialized in helping people who are experiencing homelessness or have barriers to employment to rebuild their lives through jobs.  Vital support services that help people become job ready include meals, showers, laundry service, work clothes, lockers, work boots, gloves, bus fare, free eye glasses, job training & licensing, and housing assistance. In addition to rebuilding the life of your worker, a small amount of every fee goes back into supporting the employment program to help other workers -- thank you.

The safety of our workers is our top priority, and we value the partnership of all employers in achieving this goal.

Employers are also expected to fulfill all the safety requirements described by Washington state Labor & Industries.
